My place is in the Butte aux Cailles neighborhood, an area with a village feel and lots of cafes, popular with students and hipsters. The studio is really small, but clean and recently remodeled with a new bathroom and kitchenette. The balcony overlooks a quiet garden. The building is safe and quiet, with an elevator and a concierge -- the studio is one the 2nd (3rd U.S) floor. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and travelers who want to avoid tourists.
The space
Our studio is tiny, but has big windows, a balcony, and is newly-remodeled with a new bathroom and appliances. There's not much room for cooking -- it's mainly for making tea and warming things up, but the neighborhood is filled with great inexpensive cafes. The bed is new and very comfortable, with a pop-up trundle that makes it into a queen-sized bed. There is an armoire and a couple of storage bins for your things, and some storage in the bathroom as well.
