Not recommended to elderly people because of the 6 floors to climb without an elevator and the bed on a mezzanine accessed with a ladder.
The space
For those of you who are looking for non-standard, artist studio-like, quiet and bright accommodation, this is the place ! You have to be in good shape since it’s on the 6th floor without an elevator. Ideal for a couple with kids over 6 or teens, or 3 friends. Not recommended to elderly people.
11th district, very nice and trendy (boho as it’s usually called), with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. Close to the Marais area, Bastille and the Père Lachaise cemetery. 1 minute walk to the subway (Voltaire station).

Pour ceux qui préfèrent habiter chez l’habitant, avec un vrais petit déjeuner ! qui apprécient les lieux atypiques, avec du charme et lumineux.
Attention il faut être un peu sportif et voyager Léger car 6 étages sans ascenseur!!! Idéal pour un couple avec enfants (d'au moins 6 ans) et ados,ou pour des amis ou un couple d’amoureux.
Pas recommandé aux personnes âgées .
Quartier du 11 ième très sympa ,branché (Bobo comme on dit) avec plein de cafés ou resto pas loin de l'appart. Près du Marais ,de Bastille ou du cimetière Père Lachaise. Station de métro à 1 minute :Voltaire.
