Nice and spacious industrial loft with private garden in the center of Paris, next to the Denfert-Rochereau transport hub. Two bedrooms and a very large living space, with a calm working space on the mezzanine.
The space
Welcome to our place. We completely refurbished it as it was a warehouse a few years ago, so everything but the structure is new. It is at the end of a small gated alley, with very friendly neighbours.
The loft is composed of three floors.
The ground floor has a single room with a very high ceiling, comprising the entrance, a music corner
(baby grand piano, keyboards, drum kit, guitars, xylophone), a large convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office corner. There is also a small bathroom on this floor.
There is also a single open room on the mezzanine, with windows opening onto our garden (the ceiling is at about 2.1m with a metal beam in the center, so if you are very tall be careful).
