This is a quiet, cozy, luminous and modern 29m2 studio on the 1st floor.
It is within walking distance from Le marais and Bastille. It is the perfect neighborhood if you want to have a dynamic yet quiet stay. You can easily go out at night (pubs, café, theaters..) or just go to nice restaurants. Also a lot of clothes shops only 5min away !
Easy access to supermarkets and to 4 metro lines : you can easily go anywhere in Paris.
The space
The apartment is composed by a main room which includes bedroom/living-room/kitchen, and a bathroom. You can however put a movable partition for more privacy (as seen in pictures).
Guest access
There is a microwave/oven (only one thing that does both !).
The bathroom is very luminous as it has a huge window in it. The toilets are in the bathroom as well.
