The room (14m2, 1,40m bed) is located in my flat at the 7th and last floor of a building from the 30's, but the entrance is independent. It's quiet and clean and the view is wide, you can even see the top of the Eiffel tower especially when it sparkles at night.
There is a private little bathroom (with shower and WC) next to the room. No access to the rest of the flat. There is a boiler in the room (tea at disposal for free).

Guest access
A corridor (that I only use to go to a closet) gives you access to the bedroom and to the small attached private bathroom. No access to the rest of the appartment. A water boiler, cups and glasses are provided. Tea is at disposal for free.
