This is a traditional Parisian flat with wooden floor and moldings on the ceiling. I rent my children's bedrooms. They are simple but cosy, each with a single bed. The bathroom is shared a bit old style but works well :-)
The space
I speak English fluently, Hablo español también. Céline speaks a bit German.
The bedroom is 20 sq m2 and opens on the boulevard, which is nice for the light but that some of you may find noisy in comparison to living in the countryside or in a modern flat with double glazing (windows date back from the construction of the building.). It is a single bed (90 x 200 cm) so suitable for 1 person. For couples I can add an extra single bed (see additional person conditions).
