Top floor studio (23 square meters), renovated a few month ago, with view on Paris roofs, in the popular and lively neighbourhood of Parmentier-Menilmontant. Small village in the city with bars, restaurants, shops and food groceries. Very central and convenient thanks metro and buses.
The space
The studio is very quiet and bright, on the top floor with elevator, overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Renovated a few months ago, it has an equipped kitchenette, a small office, and a walk-in shower. The sofa in the studio unfolds very easily to turn into a comfortable bed. You will be able to connect to the Internet by Wifi or Ethernet, both being very fast.
On the other hand, no TV (to force you out a little bit;)).
Other things to note
An elevator allows to go up to the last floor, but it is old and small. Imperative: do not attempt to move the doors once the elevator goes up, at the risk of blocking it.
