It is located in the heart of Drios, one of the most beautiful and peaceful villages of Paros. Within a 5 min walk you can reach the picturesque beach of Drios with its amazing sea, small taverns, cute bars, the mini market, pharmacy, etc.

The space
The 125sqm house is located in a large plot and is surrounded by gardens with cypresses, bougainvilleas, olive, lemon and pistachio trees. It offers one large living room with a traditional wooden roof, one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom, the main bathroom, and the kitchen. In the living room, two of the divan sofas are easily transformed into two single beds ideal for children, without affecting the rest of the living area and the lounge. The house is located at the center of Drios. Walking west in 2 minutes you will find the local super market with its carefully chosen and bio products, as well as the pharmacy and the local travel agency. To the east, also in a 2 minutes distance, you will find Green Project and Arethousa, two high-quality bar-restaurants for all age groups. Walking 5 minutes south you will reach Drios' picturesque beach. There you may enjoy the sea and have lunch or dinner at the traditional taverns. At night you can walk down to the beach to visit Resalto, the historic seaside bar of Drios.
