The space
The studio was fully renovated in 2019. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including electrical appliances & cuttlery, a sofa bed, a dining table & one double bed. Every guest will have fresh linens & towels as well as a toiletry bag with small size travel essentials. Free wifi is included in each reservation. The luxurious marble flooring adds grandeur and style to the studio.

So we were already working together in the design & construction sector, so we dealt with properties all the time. We are both into details, both love doing something right from scratch.
