Sunny one bedroom partment in the south of Antwerp, on the first floor of a small apatment block. Located on the quay with a view of the Schelde and within walking distance of the historicalcenter. Close to lots of nice restaurants
The space
A few years ago I bought a house on the quay with a view of the Schelde.
The house is divided into 3 apartments. That was useful because at that time I had two daughters at home. The top apartment needs a lot of renovation and if everything goes well the works will start summer of 2019.
Meanwhile, the first floor apartment is already equipped with a new kitchen and a renovated bathroom.
My daughter went to live with her boyfriend a few weeks ago, so now I have available an apartment until the summer.
