The apartment is between the hills of Strefi and Lycabettus very close to the Exarchia square, right in the center of Athens. It’s a penthouse apartment with huge balconies, an amazing view to the hills around it and you can even see the Acropolis, which looks even more amazing during the night.
What makes it even greater is that you will also be able to use a supeb Hi-Fi and smart TV system. A brand new Tangent amp pairing with Pro-Ject devices will make your stay there feel more like home.
The space
The flat is 81 sq.meters, really spacious for 1 or 2 people but very comfortable for 4 or even up to 6 guests for a short stay, even though it has only one bedroom. Most of the furniture is totally new. Balconies are huge - more than 50 square meters. Please feel free to ask me anything you want about the house.
NO CLEANING FEES!!! But i do my best in offering you a real clean house for a pleasant stay.

You will be surprised by the area, even though it has a lot of hotels and airbnb flats due to that it is in the center and next to National Museum, it is not a touristy place. It is a real live neighborhood that welcomes everybody and has something to offer to everybody. Whatever you are into (books, comics, graffiti, record stores, live music, cinemas, theater, food, ART in all its forms...) you will find your spot here.
There is only one thing that it is NOT WELCOME in this area and it is RACISM.
