The flat is located centrally in the lively area of Panormou, 10' away from Plaka by metro. It's a cool area & quiet at the same time. The flat's recenlty been renovated. It's minimal & cosy, decorated with handmade works of art. Its colours are cool & the ambience is really relaxing. Two friends, or two couples (4 pax) can easily live in this 51m flat. The lounge can function with the sofa bed open. The bathroom has a really spacious shower. A way to experience the Athenian way of life!

You will enjoy your stay in this apartment and live as a true Athenian for a bit! The flat has been totally renovated and its ambience is totally relaxed. You are close to a lively neighbourhood, Panormou, but our street, Sevastoupoleos, is peaceful & quiet.

It's near the centre of Athens and it's 3' walk to the apartment. Larissis st. is the area's high st. with many cool shops to go for shopping! Sevastoupoleos st., is extrememy close to everything & very quiet at the same time.
