The house is located at one of the most beautiful and historical neighborhoods of Athens . It is fully renovated in 2018 .It has 2 bedrooms with king beds , a fully equipped kitchen and living room with tv . There are 2 patios one in the frond yard and one in the backyard so there is much space .This is one of the most beatuful neigborhood of athens and has the atmosphere of the old athens town.
The space
This is a unique villa that nowadays you can find only outside of Athens . The building is made in 1950 by famous Athenian stones and its construction and architecture is unique .the house is in thiseio area which name derived from the Temple of Hephaestus which was known as thiseio and is in the archeological area of Athens 5 minutes from acropolis but also its full of restaurants and bars . It’s one of the most elegant neighborhood of downtown Athens

The atmosphere in the neighborhood is lively and it like a village even if it’s is downtown Athens because since it is in the archeological area they are restriction and can not build big buildings .there is a park in 100 meters from house and of course in 200 meters is the Philopapou hill which has archaeological monuments but also it is a very nice hill to go for running in morning or just go for walking
