The villa is in the area of Otzia, 2 minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beach of Otzia. The villa has a large terrace with a swimming pool and two shaded seating and dining areas to relax and enjoy the sea and sunset view. You can either relax and sunbath on one of the sunbeds near the pool or read a book or listen to music and relax under one of the shaded areas, protected from the hot summer sun .The main house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 people, the guest house sleeps another 3 people.

Villa Aqua Marina is set on two levels and consists of a ground floor with a living room and a fireplace, a fully equipped open- plan kitchen, one bedroom with a single bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and one bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Outside there is a 350 sq meters terrace with a 45 sq meters swimming pool, covered seating and dining areas, a BBQ and covered parking for 3 to 4 cars. Of course there are many more beaches that you can go to by car (all sandy) Kalidonixi, Orco, Sikamia and the list goes on.If you want to explore some of the secluded beaches, then a boat is needed.
