This family home is located in Crete, at North-East, at the top of a hill above the port of Kouremenos. At an altitude of 75 metres, it enjoys a fantastic panorama of the sea and the bay of Kouremenos, of the village of Palaikastro and Agathia, of the olive groves and the surrounding mountains.

The space
The limited neighborhood guarantees a calm without measure, in the open air, and in the center of the nature. A huge plot of 4,000 m2, terraced, and partly planted with olive trees, surrounds the house. In this garden a little wild, you can also discover a wide variety of trees, and aromatic Cretan plants in their natural environment.
A very large terrace facing South will allow you to relax, to take a drink in the shade or in the sun, to have lunch with your family, or enjoy the starry skies.
