This is a lower ground floor flat, an easygoing, arty space with a small balcony at the back. We are an artistic family, I am a photographer and my husband is a painter. This lovely space used to be our studio, it is a great place for work and concentration or relaxation. It's usually very quiet, and due to it's position, the temperature is always ideal (cool in the summer, warm in the winter). It is decorated with our own original artworks. A folding bed may be provided at no extra charge.

The space
There is a lot of work space (2 desks) in the unusually large living room. Although it's a lower ground floor flat, it's quite sunny, especially in the afternoon. It has its own private entrance with stairs and is fully equipped for our guests (coffee machine for filter coffee, kettle, kitchenette, etc). The flat was renovated a few years ago, so the windows and shutters are all new and soundproof.

The flat is located in central Athens, in the area of Neapoli. It is great for exploring downtown Athens on foot. Everything you might need (supermarket, cafés, grocery stores, taverns and eating places) is within a few minutes walk, and the Kallidromiou Str fruit and vegetable market (every Saturday morning) is at 3 mins walk.
