This modern house at Barewake’s Place, is a 48 sq.m. space including a bedroom with a double and single bed. Moreover, the house includes a living room with two single beds that can also be used as a sofa. It comes with full cooking facilities, a dish washer and a clothes washing machine. It has a private yard with sea view.

The space
The space was fully renovated by the early 2017 and it was upgraded to a modern Cycladic house. Prior to the renovation, the residence was also used to host the dearest of friends during spring and summer time.

That being said, we tried to maintain the same mentality throughout the building’s transformation. So now, the character remains the same: This apartment was made to feel like home.

Feel free to dine in the balcony, get creative in the fully equipped kitchen or spend the entire day on the beach - it’s right there!
