This quiet apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. You get your own kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom, within our flat. The rental price includes all the basics. It is located at Mariahilferstrasse, which is 15 min on foot from the centre

The space
The space is unique because it faces a courtyard and is therefore very quiet. Even though we share the flat, you will have your own bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen which is all about 45 square meters. You will feel like you have your own flat, the only parts we share is the front door. The space fits 2 people. The best feature is the location, which is right at Mariahilferstrasse, one of the most interesting parts of Vienna and very central.

Guest access
You will have your own little flat even though you will be staying in our home. The only part that we will be sharing is the front door and hallway.

You will stay right at one of the most 'happening' streets (Mariahilferstrasse) in Vienna so there is always stuff going on. It has over 140 shops from H&M, C&A, Peek and Cloppenburg, shopping malls, and tons more; endless amounts of restaurants that offer really good quality food, we can recommend some; it is now a pedestrian zone so just walking along it or sitting outside at restaurants/cafes is also very enjoyable.

The nightlife here is also great so you won't need to travel a lot. We can recommend some great clubs or just hanging out at Museumsquartier in the evening is also great fun.

It is also very central, you have the underground right across the street but you can also get to the old town, Stephansplatz, in about 15 minutes on foot.

The city of Vienna also offers very cheap bikes which you can use as often as you like. We can show you how that works.
