This villa is very comfortable for up to 8 persons and lies on a hillside above the village of Sfakaki nearby Pagalochori. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of them with a washing-machine), a living-area with an open fireplace, and a garden with swimming pool and barbecue facility.

The space
The villa has 150 square meters of dwelling space on two floors. The living-area is on the ground floor and it includes two comfortable sofas, an air conditioning unit, an open fireplace with a fireproof glass door, a stereo rack and a satellite TV set with a large screen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric hob with 4 hot-plates, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. In front of the kitchen there is a small balcony.
