The house is close to CANAL ST MARTIN & CANAL DE L'OURQ , CITE DES SCIENCES and CITE DE LA MUSIQUE and the new cultural place named LE 104 (5 /10mn walk away)
There are 3 privates rooms (2 persons/rooms). The rooms are a little bit small but really nice and confortable. One is for 2 childrens, the others are double room.
There are two bathrooms, equiped with a bathtub and a hairdryer available to customers.
Internet and the WIFI is availaible in all the house
