Our apartment of 115 m² is ideal for 1 or 2 families. Given the plan, 2 families will have their own space and intimacy. You will appreciate the vast living room and open kitchen with a view of the street below. You will discover a lively and typical street of Paris with its shops and restaurants. On the other hand, you will also like the calm and the comfort of the bedrooms opening onto a beautiful tree planted garden wich is a truly birds' paradise.

Neighborbood Overview:

The area is lively, young and trendy : restaurants, cinemas, swimming pool are down the street and along the bassin de la Villette (the larger water lake in Paris city).
From July 6th to September 1st, you will enjoy PARIS PLAGE, the summer season attraction in Paris just one block down the road : temporary artificial sandy beaches and palm trees are installed along the bassin de la Villette. Roadways on the banks of the river are blocked off to host various activities : dances, restaurants, and water attractions for kids and adults.
You can even enjoy a 2 hour cruise between the bassin de la Villette and the river Seine.

Our place is like a village with its baker, butcher, "fromagerie", schools, beautiful park "Buttes Chaumont", swimming pool... This is your turn to live like a Parisian !
