We are located a few minutes walk from the Laennec metro station, in a very quiet residential area where parking is free (close to universities and hospitals). The heart of Lyon is 25 minutes away by public transport. Near the studio, you will find two bakeries, a Casino, two pharmacies, a tobacconist, a supermarket (10:00 p.m.). A little further on, the Galeries Lafayette de Bron, a Monoprix, the shopping district of Monplaisir, the Lumière brothers' museum, the urban museum of Tony Garnier and the Maison de la Danse.

Travel Details from the host -> Je vis en couple avec Jef depuis plus de 20 ans. Nous sommes originaires d’Auvergne et après 18 ans passés à Paris nous sommes venus nous installer dans la capitale des gônes en 2011. Nous aimons voyager, faire des rencontres, recevoir et c’est tout naturellement que nous avons eu envie d’investir nos économies dans une maison et d’y aménager trois appartements en format gîte urbain. Nous avons réalisé les travaux par nous mêmes et nous avons ouvert le premier appartement, le studio Lumière, au mois de novembre 2015. Nous aimons la nature, le sport et la gastronomie… Nous cuisinons beaucoup et nous avons bien équipé la cuisine de l’appartement. Nous vous accueillons dans le 8ème arrondissement, dans le quartier des facultés et des hôpitaux, pour faire de votre séjour une expérience conviviale et agréable. Nous vous proposons de séjourner dans un quartier résidentiel de Lyon, à 20’ du centre en métro, et de vous réveiller au gazouillement des oiseaux et aux parfums des fleurs de jardin… Nous restons également disponible pour répondre à vos questions, vous conseiller en matière de restaurant, de sorties et activités lyonnaises multiples...
