Lovely two room flat, 35 m2 (375 ft2), located down the hill of Montmartre, at the top floor (6th in european notation, 7th in american notation) of a late 19th century building !
It consists of :
- a very bright living room with a sofa that can act as a real single bed (90 cm x 190 cm — 35" x 75").
- a bedroom with a queen size bed (150 cm x 190 cm — 59" x 75").
- an equipped kitchen with stove and micro-wave oven.
- a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

We say that in all objectivity... ;-)

The flat is at a 10mn walk to the Sacré-Cœur (up the hill !) and at a 3mn walk to Place Jules Joffrin and Rue du Poteau.

Within a 15mn walk radius from the apartment , you'll have access to the touristic Paris, to the working-class Paris, to the bourgeois Paris, to the hype Paris and to the real Paris, which is all those things at once !

It's a lively yet safe neighborhood. There you'll find bakeries, butcher shops, cheese shops, wine shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, grocery stores, post offices, cafes, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, traditional shops, hype shops, book stores, museums, record shops, etc. You'll stroll in the streets and the stairs going up to la Butte Montmartre or simply watch the busy streets from from a cafe terrace.
