The apartment is situated on a peaceful side street at the charming area Rosenvænget in the central part of Østerbro. Rosenvænget is Denmarks oldest villa neighborhood and has existed for more than 150 years.
Local shopping streets, cafes, wine bars, restaurants etc. are just around the corner.
The metro station is within 5 min. walking distance from the apartment - from there you can reach all central parts of the city within a few minutes.

The area in general is airy and green and has a nice and relaxed atmosphere. It’s situated very close to the sea and Nordhavn Harbor Bath, Svanemoellen Beach, Kastellet and The Little Memaid. Other sights like museums, art galleries, interesting architecture, small design shops and other green areas like The Lakes and Oestre Anlæg are also found close by.
