The space
You'll be renting the entire studio of 25 m² composed of a main room with a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, a small kitchen open on the living room and a bathroom.
Two large windows makes this flat very bright and nice to live in.
It has been entirely renovated this year. Everything is new!
A hostess will give you the keys in case I'm not in town.
And once the reservation is confirmed, I will send you an email with all my personal advices to enjoy the best restaurants and bars in the neighborhood..tested & approved!the informations needed for a perfect journey.

Neighborbood Overview:

The studio is located in the 17th "arrondissement".
This is a really lovely- typical parisian area. Very safe and lively.
The market of "rue de Levis" is open everyday, even on Sunday! You can buy your french baguette in one of the "best boulangerie of Paris" in this street! And you will find a supermarket as well (monoprix).
We have around lots of french restaurants and brasseries, italian food, chinese or japanese food, etc.
The flat is located between the metros Rome et Villiers.
The location puts you a short metro ride to anything you want to see or do.
From the apartment you are in less than 10 minutes of those sights:
Le parc Monceau,
la rue de lévi,
la place de Clichy,
La Gare saint Lazare
Le square des Batignolles
Le printemps et les Galeries Lafayette (Most well known french malls).

Travel Details from the host

I spent most of my childhood exploring the world. I love experiencing new cultures and meeting new and diverse people. Having travelled a lot, I know the importance of feeling connected to the place you are visiting and to feel comfortable to enjoy your stay. As a host, I hope to ensure that all my guests feel connected to the city and have a true, local experience of the city. I always provide lists of all the best places to eat and drink as well as key attractions. I also send to all my guidebook I prepared collating all the details they need to know and providing local tips. I love healthy cooking, yoga, scuba diving, and the arts! I enjoy theatre and life drawing and am always open to new adventures. I used airbnb before, have advised it too many, and am now also gonna put my own place on there. I will always try to be available and will be more than happy to help making your stay as smooth as possible. As apart of my education I would be always available polite and respectful with people.
