Cute, clean and functional studio in good location with loads of sunshine! The flat is situated in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. It offers a lively but not touristically crowded area, close to Père Lachaise, Bastille and the Marais.
The space
My little flat offers all conveniences. There is everything you need down the street, from a pharmacy to various food stores and restaurants. The flat in itself provides a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The bed is a convertible but it's very easy to unfold at night. There is access to internet via wifi and a possibility to plug your computer to a bigger screen. There is also an electric piano you can use.

There is no lift. The studio is situated on the fourth stair. (the lack of lift is quite common in Paris, it keeps you fit!!)
