Ideally located in the very heart of Paris in the famous Arty, Literary and Jazzy Saint-Germain-des-Prés area, our flat is next to the Louvre, the Seine river, Notre-Dame and the Jardin du Luxembourg so you can't be more central.
We have renovated our flat to try to turn it into an authentic Parisian cocoon and we will do our best to make you love Paris and our district.

The space
Our apartment has the authentic charm of the old Paris with old tiles, old oak parquet and beams and stones in almost every room. With a total surface of about 100 squared meters, it also has a very high ceiling in most of the rooms (except in this bedroom which has an approximately 1,95m high ceiling but it gives a "cosy cocoon" style to it).

Our neighborhood is very safe and is renowned for its many art galleries, chic boutiques, and its literary, intellectual, artistic and jazzy atmosphere. It is characterized by its beautiful old fashioned architecture.
Our building is located at the corner of rue Jacob and rue Saint-Benoit and close to the very famous Café des Deux Magots and Café de Flore.

Bonjour :) Nous sommes Silvia et Maël, un jeune couple parisien originaires de Bretagne et du centre de la France. Nous sommes tous les 2 vaccinés Pfizer. Nous sommes amoureux des voyages, des découvertes et de Paris. Je suis professeur d'anglais et Maël est consultant en web marketing. Je vis à Paris depuis 13 ans et Maël depuis 12 ans. Nous serons très heureux de vous accueillir. Nous ferons tout pour que notre appartement devienne votre cocon parisien et pour vous faire aimer Paris autant que nous. Nous sommes tous les deux vaccinés contre la Covid-19 (Pfizer). Nous avons un petit garçon Mathis de 4 ans et sa petite soeur Emmy de 2 ans qui sont très calmes et ont toujours vécu entouré de multi-culturalisme. Nous sortons beaucoup avec eux pour écouter de la musique, aller au restaurant et profiter de Paris. Ils dorment parfaitement et même s'ils faisaient une mauvaise nuit, leur chambres (dans notre section de l'appartement non visible sur les photos) est séparée par 4 portes de votre chambre donc vous dormirez profondément. They sleep perfectly well but even if they had a bad night, you wouldn't hear a thing as their bedroom (situated in another section of the flat not visible in the pictures) are separated by 4 doors from your bedroom.
