During summer time we are renting our lovely bright apartment on Sluseholmen (not far from inner city). At this time of the year our neighbourhood is the best place to be: A fantastic breathing space in the city. It is surrounded by water and canals and in the summertime the atmosphere is just perfect for relaxation, water activities and just a good time - and just a short bike ride from vibrant Vesterbro or the center of Copenhagen.

The space
The apartment has a great kitchen-dining room from where you can enter the balcony and enjoy the view of the canal below. On the balcony the sun shines from 10-20ish. There are two toilets in the apartment (only one shower - which is located on the toilet as an extension of the bedroom) and on the other toilet we have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sluseholmen is a beautiful small canal town located just a short bike ride from the center of the city. The area is surrounded by water and beautiful nature. It takes 5 min to walk to the harbor bath (where there is a big pool, a children's pool and a baby pool) and then there is also some bathing area only 2 min from the apartment. Amager Fælled is so beautifully situated on the other side of the water. There are several good cafes, eateries and an Irma, Spar and Netto.

Travel Details from the host -> Hey guys! I'm a crazy plant lady and my boyfriend, Mikkel, a football enthusiast. Together we like to watch series and eat popcorn, go for a evening walk in the streets of Vesterbro and explore other current events and sights in Copenhagen. We have stayed with airbnb in New York, Mexico, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Madrid and other parts of Denmark, and wants to try to host ourselves :) We like to keep it clean and tidy - and water our many plants.
