I have an extra bedroom, and it will be a pleasure to host you for a month or two.
The rent for a month include all the fees (electricity / Gaz / water / Internet / home insurance...)

The room to rent is bright and very quiet (surface 8m2), it's North orientation so it's a sweet light (I'm a painter and my small studio/office has this same light wich is really good to work)
Sheets and towels are provided too.

About the neigborhood, this is an area wich is very alive and colorful. I'm living in a multi-ethnical area where you can find some very nice maroccan / african / indian food. There is also a very good french bakery at the corner of my street.

Bonjour, Je suis peintre, ce qui m'amène à voyager assez souvent, dernièrement la Corée et le Japon ! J'aime accueillir des amis à la maison ou des personnes en voyage, peut être vous d'ailleurs, qui sait ? Je trouve que c'est toujours plus sympathique de voyager en étant accueilli par des hôtes que d'aller dans une chambre d'hôtel triste et sans âme ! Alors si c'est votre cas VENEZ chez moi, je vous cuisinerai peut-être des petits plats (chose que j'adore) Et puis je pourrais vous guider dans Paris et vous donner de bonnes petites adresses pour un verre, ou dîner. Evidement je pourrais aussi vous informer sur les expos à ne pas rater si le coeur vous en dit, et mon compagnon qui est musicien (plutôt rock indé), pourra lui vous indiquer les bons plans concerts...
