I let one of the small rooms of the tiny apartment where I live on rue de Seine, just under the roof of the house, ideally located to visit Paris (St Germain des Prés, Louvre, Latin quarter...). Tall people may bump their head at times (1820 oak beams!), XL persons may feel a lack of space in the shower. Simple amenities, in working condition. Bathroom shared with me.
The space
The flat is on the 6th floor of a sound 1820 house: there is an elevator up to the 5th floor, and then a private staircase. A simple, single bed. Despite the altitude (6th floor), there is some remaining noise from the boulevard St Germain below: if inconvenienced, better close the window.
Guest access
Room and shared bathroom are on either side of the corridor. Guest could use the kitchen for breakfast, with possible use of the washing machine.
Other things to note
