The space
15 minutes away from Paris city center (Châtelet metro station), our flat is ideally located on the left bank of the Seine river in the 13th arrondissement. It is really close to la Butte aux Cailles, Bercy Village and Jardin des Plantes.
Very bright, our last storey appartement has two bedrooms, one of them being located under the roof (with beautiful wood beams).
There is also a living room with open kitchen (fully equipped).
Of course, there is a lift to get to in there :)
