In the attic of an old typical parisian building. Very bright, lovely view a on a quiet courtyard. Wood floors / white walls – classic! It is both adapted for a couple and a family (2 rooms). Young & familial neighborhood - strollers & cool bars!

35m2. 7th Floor, with elevator. Living-room with a double sofa-bed + bed room with a baby's crib and an extra singlebed. Equipped kitchen, bathroom. Washing-machine, dishwasher.
Childcare equipment : bottlewarmer, babycook, changing-table, potty, and a baby-bathtube, stroller + all toys of my 2years old daughter! But don't worry if you don't have kid, the appartment is also adapted for 3 grown-up.

With the exception of 2 locked closets, you will have access to basically EVERYTHING mentionned above. You'll even be able to play my 2 guitars if you want!
