Nice family house located very close to the beach and the centre of Copenhagen.

The large garden is 800 m2. Lots of old trees and flowers. We have 18 m2 wooden open annexe for dining and wining, with 2 beds if you want to sleep outside... We also have a fireplace and a terrace with barbecue equipment

The space
The house has 4 bedrooms and a guestroom. 3 of them at 1st floor (one with a balcony) and the master bedroom in the basement. All rooms are very bright

The ground floor has a kitchen with (access to a big sunny terrace) a dining area, a dining room and a small room with an extra bed. This floor also has a toilet.
