Our house, located in the secret and preserved district "Le village des Peupliers", is a peaceful place to enjoy Paris. You can enjoy the treasures of the countryside whilst being in the center of Paris.

All the touristic sites are accessible within 30mn.

The house will be comfortable for 8 people thanks to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In spring and summer, you will enjoy our garden !

The space
Our house will give you a different perspective of the Parisian heritage. Our neighborhood, called "Le village des Peupliers", is mainly composed of small houses with private garden built in the beginning of 20th century.

Our house is a lovely two-storey "maison meulière" of 100 m2 with a 55 m2 private garden and a basement. It is very bright with large windows and a bay window.

The garden is equipped with table, chairs, a barbecue and a hammock. Don't hesitate to use the barbecue as soon as it's sunny !

Our house is ideally situated in a great neighborhood, very quiet but very closed from all commodities. In our home, you will be surprised to be inside Paris.

You will be in the heart of the Parisian way of life with bistrot and bakeries closed to the house. You will be surrounded by groceries stores, cafés, a fresh fruit market, wine bars, excellent restaurants and any kind of store, and you won't have to go very far to find basically anything you might need.

Some interesting areas are very closed:
- Our neighborhood are referenced in the guides of "Secret Paris". Just have a walk and discover the area!
- The famous village "La butte aux Cailles" is 5-mn walk,
- The Chinatown area with som

We are a family of 4: Viêt, Vanessa, Ava and Rose. We enjoy simple things in life and love traveling all together, seeing new places and meeting new people. We also love Paris and come back home to enjoy our Parisian way of life. We have lived in the neighborhood since 1999. We moved in our house in June 2014 after a complete renovation. A second renovation has been done this year (2021). We love traveling by AirBnb or home exchange as it gives us the chance to meet new people from all over the world and share our passion about Paris.
