Old apartment, 38M2, bright, clean on Boulevard de Charonne between Nation and Père Lachaise, 5 minutes to the subway station (Alexandre Dumas). The apartment is in the 4th floor in a old building located in a very charming court. The apartment have an entrance, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Washing machine ( available for long stay )

Perfect for visiting the city easily: You are near the lign 2, 10 minutes on foot aways from the place de la Nation (Metro 1), 10 minutes on foot aways from the Père Lachaise cemetery. At 3 minutes on foot to the bus station 76 who goes up to the Louvre Museum coming through famous neighbourhood like Bastille, Saint Paul, Le Marais and at the edge of la Seine.
