The space
A nice view (6th floor) on the Eiffel & Montparnasse Towers, the parisian elevated metro and beautiful typical parisian buildings. The apartment is in a modern and clean building (not very charming, but very pratical). A large living room with big and cosy sofa (with a not so cosy guest bed of 110 cm) /tv/dvd/hard disk lecturer. An open kitchen with everything...lave-linge/séchoir & nespresso.Three bedrooms : the 1st room includes a kingsize bed (180 cm), the 2nd one 2 small beds that can be reunited into one 140 cm bed, and the 3rd one is for one or two children (bed & many games). The balcony is flowery, cool for an Apéritif in the evening but noisy the rest of day except sunday.
