The space
Flat is a duplex over two levels.
South oriented : lots of light.
Quite big for central Paris : 190m2 (bedrooms of 15 to 20m2) (living area of 40m2 + kitchen).
5 bedrooms (4 with double beds, 1 3withe two single beds, 2 additional beds can be added, so up to 9 people) + 2 bathrooms.
There is a floor dedicated to the children originally, with 3 kids bedrooms, a bathroom and toilets. The flat is rather family oriented ! Enjoy.

The idea is to feel at home so everything is at your disposal (except for some music instruments we need to put aside when we leave).
