The space
We've start the renting in 2014, first guests really happy ;-)
Wood floor, chimney, wrought iron balconnies, it is typical for old french buildings. The sun comes into the house every morning until 15 o'lock, the windows are from top to floor.
The separate bedroom with writing desk can be useful for researchers or students who need to work at home. The Bibliotheque Nationale de France, University Paris 6 and Bulac are 5mn on foot.
Guest access
You'll have the hole apartment, so you can feel like a parisian going back home at evening.
