The apartment is very quiet and sunny, located in the center of Paris, near the Canal St-Martin. It is a charming three room apartment, around 40-45 m2 with parquet flooring. It is situated on the 6th floor, with no lift.
The space
The apartment is very attractive, with wooden parquet floors and decorative fireplaces.
It is L-shaped: the small bathroom and the kitchen are side by side, at the entrance to the apartment.
The spacious three rooms are in a row. The living room and the office are separated by a door. Only a curtain isolates the office and the bedroom. An extra bed for a third person can be made up in the office, with a mattress on a tatami mat.
The apartment looks out over the courtyard, so it’s very quiet. In the afternoon, the sunshine comes into the three main rooms.
Warning: it’s on the 6th floor without a lift!
