The space
This is a beautiful 57m2 apartment with original wooden floor and ceiling moldings.
You enter a little hall with access to the bathroom, toilets and a nice room with direct sun in the morning.
Then you access a spacious and luminous beautiful kitchen and living room combined. There is a confortable sofa and eating table.
From there you can access an office with a convertible sofa as well as a well-stocked bookcase.
Sleeping :
- one bed for two persons in the bedroom (160cm wide)
- a convertible sofa for two persons in the office (not very confortable)
- if you are not too tall (WARNING : less than 1,65m), it is possible to sleep on the red sofa in the living room.

Neighborbood Overview:

The flat is located between several great well-known areas, that you can reach by foot in less than 15 minutes.
The Latin Quarter, is the historic quarter of litterature of the 20th century. It includes famous buildings such as the Pantheon, the Mouffetard street and its lively nights, numerous beautiful churches and the animated Luxembourg garden.

The "Buttes aux Cailles" quarter is a very small area in Paris which looks just like a small village and its nightlife is well animated. It is also perfect for charming walks by day and close to a big market that takes place every morning from 7 to 2 pm with fresh fruits and vegetables, butchers and so on

Finally we are close to the Chinese quarter, full of little shops and drugstores with many many asian products that you wouldn't find anywhere else. They celebrate the Chinese New Year, you may be lucky enough to see it!

Nous avons trois enfants de 9, 7 et 3 an : Louis, Victor et Paul. Ils sont charmants ! Anaïs est consultante en développement durable. Julien est professeur d'informatique. Nous n'avons qu'un seul appartement à louer, c'est notre résidence principale. Nous le louons lorsque nous partons en vacances.
