The 11e and the Place Faidherbe is a very dynamic place, where all facilities are within walking distance (butcher, bakery crossing the road), good restaurants (Ethiopian, French cuisine - La Ravigote - walking up the rue de Montreuil), and of course cafés and bars with various terrasses as soon as the sun comes out.

Travaillant dans le secteur - assez terre a terre - du bâtiment, j'apprécie d'autant plus les moments d'évasion. Passionné de voyages et de de sport (Natation, Kitesurf, Voilier, et autres sports alliant l'eau et le vent...) Je suis également très curieux des mutations des modes de consommations en cours, sur les biens immobilier (Couch surfing, Airbnb, (Hidden by Airbnb) , et autre) sur la mobilité urbaines (Velib, Autolib, et maintenant CityScoot). Notre appartement est donc un peu marqué par ces éléments, nous essayons de vous mettre à disposition des d'équipements en plus par rapport a une location d'un appartement non habité à l'année et espérons que cela vous plaira.
