It is spacious, bright, quiet and very well equipped.
It is located 500 meters from the Place Jean Macé, close to many shops, restaurants and bars, the area is very nice.

The space
The flat is 68 m², it has two bedrooms, a large living room with open kitchen, a small bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet.
Also a balcony of 11m², sunny in the morning when the weather allows it.
Bedroom 1 : bed 160 x 200 cm, storage space.
Bedroom 2: bed 140 x 200 cm, storage space, desk, access to the terrace.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Filter or Nespresso coffee machine.
Fitness bike available.
For hot weather, there is a mobile air-conditioning unit to keep the room cool, as well as a fan.
