Located on a high ground floor, you will enter a small hallway with access to one of the bedrooms. Going to the left there is a newly renovated bathroom (2021) and further on is the kitchen. Going straight forward from the hallway you will enter the large and sunny living room and from here you can enter the second bedroom.

The apartment is located on a high ground floor, which means you have more privacy than being on a street level but keeps you in the loop of the day-to-day life outside. The apartment also has access to a nice, little courtyard with seating and a small grass area with sun from 8AM - 6 PM in the evening.
