The villa consists of 3 floors, has 3 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room. The large outdoor area is enclosed, offers parking, a lovely garden and a small pool. On the lower floor, there is a fitness area and a pool table. Ideal for a large family or group of friends. The location is ideal for exploring Akrotiri's nice beaches and villages, while on the same time you are only 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from Chania Center. During rush hours in summer months there is some noise from the street outside, however the villa inside is well insulated and the verandas with the nice views are protected as well.
