We are 4 ppl with an extra room for rent. The flat (3rd floor) is quiet since we are doing our stuff (studying, working), but we get along very well :) We speak English, German, French Serbian, Arabic & Spanish.
Flat is located 5 mins walking from Wahring U6 station, and by tram it takes 8-15 mins to reach the center, &also 3 U6 stations from Gürtel night life, 17 mins/walk.
The space
There is one room. It has a double beds and we can provide additional mattress's if needed.
It has 8sqm and is turned towards the courtyard and has high doubl bed with a working table and some drawers below.
Guest access
While you re here, you re to be considered as a roommate which means that you have equal rights towards the kitchen, toilets, appliances, and other public space in the flat as any one of us.
Other things to note
We have one available bike that you can use (no chain for the moment).
