Convenient to public transport (tram, bus, train). 10 mins by bus to center and European Institutions. Beautiful park with lake and beer-making abbey 10 minutes by foot. Amenities provided. The space
It's a duplex with living and dining areas, kitchen, terrace, balcony and guest toilet on the lower level and the bedrooms plus the bathroom with bathtub, toilet and shower on the upper level.
Terrace opens to the east so you'll enjoy sunlight in the morning.
I'm usually not there during the day until late. We can socialize or not, whatever your preference, in the evening.
