Alexander Villa is a 400 sq. m residence situated in the heart of the small village of Goulediana. Ideal for big groups it lies 15 km away from Rethymno city and the beach!

The villa is an old traditional two floored building that was renovated just a few years ago.

The space
On entrance to the villa’s ground floor you will find a spacious open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, the living room area with satellite HDTV and an indoor dinning table! Also on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom! A second kitchen with a washing machine and clothes dryer lies on the same floor next to the barbecue area and the outside dining table.

On the first floor, there is a second open plan living room with a library space full of books (in German, English and Greek language). There are also 3 more double bedded bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.

The closest largest village where shops and supermarkets are found is Armeni, which is 5 minutes away by car! In the village centre of Goulediana and only a few meters away from the villa you can find a tavern very well known to all locals and in which you will be able to taste some of the most authentic traditional Cretan cuisine!!
