The space
A traditional Cycladic single room Studio, with a king size build bed, kitchenette, bathroom and a 40 sq.m. terrace, overlooking the beach of Koumbara and the Aegean Sea.

Guest access
The Studio is located on a big plot of land with olive trees, 40mt from Koumbara beach, 800mt from Ios Port, 2km from the main village (Chora) and 4km from Mylopotas. It offers free parking space.

Other things to note
Koumbara beach is considered one of the top beaches of Ios island, offering all amenities. In the area and walking distance from the Studio, you may find two of the most popular traditional tavernas and fishing restaurants of Ios (Polydoros Taverva, Koubara Sea Food Restaurant). Last but not least, Erego Beach Bar is located on Koumbara beach and Pathos Sunset Bar just 300mt away from the Studio.
