"The magical sunset, studio for 2 or 3 persons" is only 1,5 kilometer away from the beautiful fishing-village of Kini which is famous for its picturesque beauty and unique sunsets. Besides its huge beach with the golden sand and crystal blue sea, Kini offers traditional taverns at the beach and bars for night clubbing. Next to Kini there are two other attractive beaches with crystal waters.
From one side "Lotos" beach {700 meters from the studio} which offers a peaceful natural environment , for those who prefer to be far from the cosmopolitan beaches and from the other side, "Dolphin" beach {2 kilometers from the studio} which according to most visitors and locals is considered to be the most beautiful beach of the island.

Travel Details from the host -> I feel extremely fortunate, that I chose to stay in this special island for some months every year. I am a film director, specialized on documentary (Website hidden by Airbnb) It all started a few years ago, when the Municipality of Syros asked me to create a documentary film about the island, in order to promote its history, culture, as well as natural beauty. During the making of the movie, I felt so enchanted by the charms of Syros, that decided to build my own house at a hill, near the beautiful beach of Kini village, creating my special place of inspiration and serenity. Along these lines, I put much love and care into constructing two independent studios, available for rent and ideal for people who choose to spend their holidays in a place with highly aesthetic standards, traditional architecture, a wonderful sea view and magical sunsets!!! As a first guide and means to make acquaintance with the island, I offer to my visitors the DVD of my movie named "Syra, the Princess", which is translated into 5 languages. Νοιώθω πολύ τυχερή που διάλεξα να μένω κάποιους μήνες μέσα στο χρόνο, σε αυτό το ξεχωριστό νησί. Είμαι Σκηνοθέτης, με εξειδίκευση στο ντοκιμαντέρ και πριν μερικά χρόνια, ο Δήμος του νησιού μου ανέθεσε να δημιουργήσω μια ταινία- ντοκιμαντέρ για την Σύρο, με σκοπό να προβληθεί η ιστορία και ο πολιτισμός της, αλλά και οι σπάνιες φυσικές ομορφιές της. Κατά τη διάρκεια των γυρισμάτων της ταινίας, γοητεύτηκα τόσο πολύ από την Σύρο, που αποφάσισα στο λόφο μιας πανέμορφης παραλίας, στο Κίνι, να κτίσω ένα σπίτι, που θα αποτελεί για μένα καταφύγιο έμπνευσης και γαλήνης. Παράλληλα με το δικό μου σπίτι, με πολύ αγάπη και μεράκι, διαμόρφωσα και 2 ανεξάρτητα Studios για ενοικίαση, για όσους επιλέγουν να περνάνε τις διακοπές τους σε καλαίσθητους χώρους, κυκλαδίτικης αρχιτεκτονικής, με εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα και μαγευτικά ηλιοβασιλέματα!!! Την ταινία μου, με τίτλο «ΣΥΡΑ Η ΑΡΧΟΝΤΙΣΣΑ», που αποδίδεται σε 5 γλώσσες, την προσφέρω σε DVD στους επισκέπτες μου, ως οδηγό για την καλύτερη γνωριμία τους με το νησί. Je me sens très fortunée d'avoir choisis de passer quelques mois dans l'année, dans cette île superbe. Je suis film directeur, spécialisée au documentaire. Il y a quelques années, la Municipalité de l'île m'a demandé de faire un film documentaire sur Syros, afin de promouvoir l'histoire, la culture et la beauté naturelle de l'île. Pendant le tournage du film, fascinée par les charmes de Syros, j'ai décidé de construire une maison sur la colline surmontant la belle plage de Kini, qui reste pour moi une source d'inspiration et de sérénité.
