The space
We just rebuilt this wonderful 21 m² studio with kitchen corner and brand new bed (140 cm). Our cosy studio is quiet and very bright with its 2 wide windows and combines all the comfort of modernity and past centuries' (website hidden) cable and wireless connection are available, washing machine, shower and fridge as well. Indeed, anything for an incredible experience on the heart of Paris !

Guest access
The access to the 7th, Crozatier St. is very easy : by train (Gare de Lyon from southern France), suburb train (RER A & D), Metro (lines 1 & 14) or bus (lines 20 & 24 & 29 & 63 & 87......) or even by bikes (Velib' just down the flat).

Neighborbood Overview:

The 12th district is an old district with high and wonderful buildings from 19-20th centuries. Our studio takes place just on the Colonel Bourgoin Sq. where you will find everything you need : barber shops, flowers shop, bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, ... even electronics and computing shops on Charenton and Montgallet St. !

This area takes place just 2 mn far from Gare de Lyon, along Daumesnil Avenue where you will find many Arts shops and exhibitions. If you walk 15 mn north through Charenton St., you will reach Bastille Sq. with its amazing Opera House and neighborhood. You can reach Nation Sq. as well walking 15 mn east trough Diderot Bld. or Bibliothèque François Miterrand walking 20 mn west.
